The industry of Third Party Logistics (3PL) has seen explosive growth over the last few decades as technology reshapes the way shipping is managed. And one of the fastest growing companies in this sector is located right here in the heart of downtown Indianapolis: SPOT.
We guided SPOT through a rebrand, developing an identity system to help them stand out in the fiercely competitive 3PL marketplace. Core to the new identity is a focus on in-house freight management technology. In so many words, SPOT has developed custom tools for clients to use when they purchase (and track) shipping services. The rebrand tells the story of unparalleled relationships with truck drivers (known as “Carriers”), and a “No Excuses” approach to service. In addition to the logo, we helped SPOT build a responsively designed web site; a major goal of this site was to showcase SPOT’s energetic office culture and attract new talent—a key driver of success in an ever-changing and rapidly expanding logistics industry.
