Do you ever wonder who manages those big retail strip centers ubiquitous to our interurban landscapes? These spaces are usually managed by bigtime real estate conglomerates, with predictably uninspiring results. As it turns out, leasing spaces to multiple tenants and managing property maintenance, all while keeping everything honest, tailored and client-focused, is a tough gig. Enter McCREA Property Group, a small organization of professionals who offer a more personalized (and personally invested) set of services for landlords of multi-tenant retail properties.
McCREA needed a new brand identity to communicate bankability and their relationship-oriented approach. So we made a new logo system, and applied it to business cards, stationery, and large on-site advertising signage. McCREA needed a website to feature their properties, with a strong search function to help clients find a good match for their needs. We made that too: it works great on mobile devices, it’s easy to update, and frees the McCREA staff to focus on their client relationships. Plus, the great people of McCREA get to work for a small business and feel proud of what they do—and have a soul while they do it! Nice.
